Do I need an Appointment to Drop-Off Merchandise?
Yes, All Consignment Drop-Offs must be Pre-Approved and have a Scheduled Appointment. Walk-in consignors cannot be accommodated. To schedule an appointment, call us at 386-676-3922.
What is your Return Policy?
All Sales are Final – No Refunds or Exchanges. Due to the nature of consignment, all sales are final. No Refunds or Exchanges. All consignment merchandise is sold “AS IS”, please inspect your item(s) carefully before purchase.
Does Encore Consignment have Movers for Pick-Ups & Deliveries?
Encore Consignment use Local Movers for all Pick-Ups & Deliveries. Mover Pricing is determined by the Mover (Mover fee is determined by the Item(s) consigned / purchased, Location of Pick-Up / Delivery, and the Time & Difficulty of move).
